How to Make Atta Ladoos in Punjabi Style


ATTA LADOOS IN PUNJABI STYLE

Ingredients 

  1. Wheat Flour(Atta) - 3 cups
  2. Gram Flour(Besan) - 1 cup
  3. Powdered Sugar - 3 cups
  4. Sesame Seeds(Til) - 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped Dry Fruits
  6. Desi Ghee - 2 cups

Method

  1. Take a big container and put 2 cups Desi Ghee in it.
  2. Wait for Ghee to liquidize and then add 3 cups Wheat Flour and 1 cup Gram Flour.
  3. Note the consistency of the batter should be smooth not much liquid or not much hard.
  4. If this is the case add more Wheat Flour.
  5. Wait for 15-20 minutes for the batter to cook.
  6. Meanwhile, take cardamom seeds and make them powder.
  7. When the batter is brown in color and have a smooth consistency add Chopped Dry Fruits.
  8. Cook for some time and switch off the gas stove.
  9. Add Powdered Sugar and stir the batter well.
  10. Sugar should be mixed well.
  11. After this let the batter cool down.
  12. Make small balls of the batter and garnish with what ever you like.
