ATTA LADOOS IN PUNJABI STYLE
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour(Atta) - 3 cups
- Gram Flour(Besan) - 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 3 cups
- Sesame Seeds(Til) - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Dry Fruits
- Desi Ghee - 2 cups
Method
- Take a big container and put 2 cups Desi Ghee in it.
- Wait for Ghee to liquidize and then add 3 cups Wheat Flour and 1 cup Gram Flour.
- Note the consistency of the batter should be smooth not much liquid or not much hard.
- If this is the case add more Wheat Flour.
- Wait for 15-20 minutes for the batter to cook.
- Meanwhile, take cardamom seeds and make them powder.
- When the batter is brown in color and have a smooth consistency add Chopped Dry Fruits.
- Cook for some time and switch off the gas stove.
- Add Powdered Sugar and stir the batter well.
- Sugar should be mixed well.
- After this let the batter cool down.
- Make small balls of the batter and garnish with what ever you like.
