ATTA LADOOS IN PUNJABI STYLE Ingredients Wheat Flour(Atta) - 3 cups Gram Flour(Besan) - 1 cup Powdered Sugar - 3 cups Sesame Seeds(Til) - 2 tbsp Chopped Dry Fruits Desi Ghee - 2 cups Method Take a big container and put 2 cups Desi Ghee in it. Wait for Ghee to liquidize and then add 3 cups Wheat Flour and 1 cup Gram Flour . Note the consistency of the batter should be smooth not much liquid or not much hard. If this is the case add more Wheat Flour. Wait for 15-20 minutes for the batter to cook. Meanwhile, take cardamom seeds and make them powder. When the batter is brown in color and have a smooth consistency add Chopped Dry Fruits . Cook for some time and switch off the gas stove. Add Powdered Sugar and stir the batter well.
